BULK ORDERS

Bulk orders will need to contact Sales@SomethingMooreDesign.com or call (615) 758-9725 to discuss availability of materials and pricing. No orders can be taken for duplicates of pieces displayed in the gallery unless you are the owner of the original piece. This ensures customers that their piece will remain one-of-a-kind.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders can be placed at Sales@SomethingMooreDesign.com or call (615) 758-9725. Please supply any requirements for your final design such as color, length, and style. We will send you pricing and photos via email of pieces we've created with your desires in mind.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DUPLICATES

Duplicates of pieces can only be requested by the owner of the original piece. Duplicate availability and the cost are subject to the availability of materials. The older the original is, the less likely it is a duplicate can be made.

RETURN POLICY

New, resalable merchandise may be returned as long as it is accompanied by the original Something Moore Design order number, customer name and address. All returns must be received by Something Moore Design within 12 days of the original shipping date. Refunds are for the full price of the merchandise only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. All refunds will be returned to your original form of payment.
